一、个人简介

张丛，博士，教授，博士生导师。2003年获中国科学院动物研究所博士学位，2003-2005在北京大学ug环球会员登陆进行博士后研究，2009-2010年在加拿大蒙特利尔大学访问学者。是多项国家自然科学基金项目、国家重点研发计划课题负责人，是国家优秀青年基金项目评审专家，科技部创新人才推进计划评审专家。是Biology of Reproduction, Clinical Science，Molecular Therapy - Nucleic Acids等多个SCI杂志的审稿人。已在Nature Medicine, Hypertension, Molecular Therapy-Nucleic Acids等杂志上发表或接受第一及通讯作者论文38篇。其中在“Nature Medicine”发表的文章（Nat Med. 2013;19:1061-1066），受到特别关注，该杂志同期为该研究成果配发了相关评论文章(commentary：Nat Med. 2013;19:968-969)并录制了播客（podcast）(网址：http://www. nature.com/multimedia/podcast/ nm/nm-2013-08-06.mp3), Science杂志也在8月将其选为编辑精选（EDITORS’CHOICE：Science 2013;341:823）加以评论。

二、研究方向

1女性生殖与疾病的调控机理研究,通过运用基因敲除及条件性基因敲除小鼠模型、小鼠卵巢移植、病人血浆和胎盘标本分析，重点研究先兆子痫，复发性流产，不孕不育等重大妊娠疾病的发病机制及其调控途径。

2卵泡发育、排卵、黄体化和闭锁过程中的分子调节机理。

我们的研究目标在于阐释人类胚胎着床的关键调控环节，探索先兆子痫，复发性流产，不孕不育等女性生殖疾病的早期诊断和干预的综合措施。

三、承担项目

1.国家重点研发计划“发育编程及代谢调节”重点专项“环境应激和营养失衡所致获得性性状及其代际传递机制”。学术骨干。本人获批90万元（项目负责人单革（中国科技大学），总经费1800万元）。项目编号：2019YFA0802600。起止时间：2019年12月至2024年11月。

2.主持山东大学合作项目：收集反复种植失败患者子宫内膜用于队列研究。2019年9月1日——2020年8月31日。10万元。

3.主持国家自然科学基金面上项目：RNA甲基转移酶NSUN5对先兆子痫发病的影响及机制研究。项目编号：31871512。2019 - 2022, 59万元。

4.国家重点研发计划“生殖健康及重大出生缺陷防控研究”重点专项“人类胚胎着床调控及相关重大妊娠疾病发生机制”。学术骨干。2017年07月至2020年12月。本人获批79万元（项目负责人王海滨（厦门大学），总经费1428万元）。项目编号：2017YFC1001403。

5.主持国家自然科学基金面上项目：lncRNA HK2P1,PGK1P1/P2作为竞争性RNA抑制蜕膜细胞瓦氏效应诱发先兆子痫的机制。项目编号：31671199。2017-2020, 61万元。

6.主持国家自然科学基金面上项目：蜕膜反应缺陷在人子痫前期发病中的作用及其分子机制。项目编号：31471399。2015 - 2018, 81万元。
